Refurbishment projects and ongoing maintenance for various commercial and real estate.

Park Refurbishment have been carrying out numerous and varied refurbishment projects, as well as ongoing maintenance projects for the owners of this prestigious Knightsbridge block of commercial and domestic real estate, which runs along the south side of Brompton Road, from Harrods to Harvey Nichols, incorporating Sloane Street, Basil Street and Hans Crescent.

The project includes; enabling works to 4 floors of office & retail space for the fit-out and occupation by a major retailer for its flagship UK store and head office.

Renewal of all ageing and failing roof coverings across all buildings comprising 63-77 Brompton Road. Full scaffolding provided access to all areas whilst maintaining full ongoing access and use across the entire property.
Overlaying existing asphalt roof covering with vapour barrier; insulation and capping felt including renewal of all lead detailing. New security access doors across the roof space. Repairs as required to all pitched rooves including renewal of slates, felt up-stands and lead valley gutters.
Renewal of joinery to numerous dormer windows and renewal of lead cheeks, tops and flashings.

51 & 61 Brompton Road – The complete strip-out of residential flats and their complete refurbishment, including all electrical installations, remodelling, new joinery- including doors, skirting and architraves, new fitted kitchens, solid wood flooring throughout and new sanitary ware to family and ensuite bathrooms including newly-tiled flooring and walls.

50 Hans Crescent - Dilapidations strip-out and upgrade to prestigious office suites over 2 floors, including new suspended ceilings, light fittings, raised access flooring, carpet tiles and decorations,
reception and common parts refurbishment, including new stonework cladding to desk and walls, new joinery, rationalisation of services and redecorations, whilst maintaining a fully operational reception for existing occupants.

61 Brompton Road - Refurbishment of dated common parts entrances & staircases. A comprehensive refurbishment of a narrow staircase providing access to a 1st floor office suite and 3 tenanted flats. Works included: strip-out all ceilings, wall linings, existing power, lighting fixtures and fittings.
Maintain safe temporary provision of all the above for continued access and use of the working area by the occupants and visitors.
Upgrade to all power, lighting, fire detection, CCTV, and water mains upgrade into 3 tenanted flats and an office suite.
Renew all plasterboard linings and re-skim all ceiling and wall surfaces ready for redecoration.
Install new glazed roof light with automated smoke vent to top floor of staircase.
Upgrade all doors to FD60 rating and renew all ironmongery.
Install new glazed entrance doors and door entry control system.
Remove existing victorian staircase spindles, handrails and renew with glazed balustrades with walnut handrail. New carpet tiles, nosings and entrance matt to entire Staircase.

55/57 Brompton Road - Maintain safe temporary provision of all the above for continued access and use of the working area by the occupants & visitors.
Upgrade to all CCTV and lightings. Renew all plasterboard linings and re-skim all ceiling and wall surfaces ready for redecoration. Install new glazed roof light with automated smoke vent to top floor of staircase. Install new glazed entrance doors and door entry control system.
Remove existing staircase balustrades and handrails and renew with glazed balustrades with walnut handrail and trim. New carpet tiles, nosings and entrance matt to entire Staircase.
